Stvorenie (Creation)
We are a group of Christians who believe in the authority of the Bible as the written revelation of God. Our mission is to bring the gospel to the people in Slovakia and defend the Bible from the attacks of naturalism through translating and writing articles, translating books and tracts, and also speaking and direct ministry. We believe in the message of the Gospel, which is based on the Biblical history of the book of Genesis, where God created the heavens and the earth in six literal 24-hour days, where man was created on the sixth day. Man rebelled and sinned against God which allowed sin, suffering and death to enter God’s perfect creation. That original creation was destroyed by a global flood, where only Noah’s family survived, along with a pair of every kind of air-breathing creature (7 of each clean animal and bird). All living people today are descended from Noah and his family and we’ve all inherited the sinful nature of our first ancestor, Adam. However, approx. 2000 years ago, God came to this world to save us all from the punishment we rightly deserved, died on a cross for our sins, and then He rose again on the third day and conquered death, so we may also conquer it with Him upon His return.
All the work is done by unpaid volunteers, which makes us highly dependent on the support of willing Christians.
